Party Packages
Pick a package below based on the number of children you are going to invite to your party.
For larger parties larger than 40 children, please give us a call for a custom quote!
Birthday Party Details
- Offered Saturdays from 1:00pm to 5:30pm and Sundays from 1:00pm-5:00pm
- Parties are 1.5 hours long, 1 hour of floor time, 30 minutes for cake and presents.
- You're welcome to bring your own food and decorations.
- Tables, chairs, and our amazing coaches are provided!
- Birthday child will receive a birthday t-shirt.
- Chick-fil-A and Pizza catering are available to be added on to your party. No Chick-fil-A on Sundays.
- An extra 30 minutes can be added on to keep the fun going! Limited to Saturday parties 4pm and later and Sunday parties 3:30pm and later.
Waivers
To save time at check-in, you may send the appropriate waivers to your guests
- Child waiver - every child who sets foot on the gymnastics floor counts towards the headcount and requires a waiver.
- Adult waiver - ONLY for birthday celebrant's parents and any adult accompanying a tot (under the age of 3). No other adults are allowed on the gymnastics floor.
When does Olympia offer parties?
Parties are offered on Saturdays every thirty minutes starting at 1pm through 5:30pm and Sundays starting at 1pm through 5pm.
How much time do I have to set up?
Party Coaches will help you set up your party area 15 minutes prior to your party. They will also help take care of clean-up for 15 minutes after your party.
What does Olympia provide?
An hour of fun-filled activities with our amazing party staff in our state of the art facility. A designated lobby area just for you and your guests for the remaining 30 minutes. The birthday child will receive a Birthday Party T-shirt and each guest will receive a coupon for a Free Trial Class.
What do I need to provide?
Parents are asked to provide decorations, paper goods, utensils, food, refreshments, and birthday cake.
