Registration

There is an annual registration fee of $40.00 per child and each registration includes an Olympia t-shirt. You can purchase a gymnastics leotard for an additional $15.00, . As long as you are enrolled as a current student, your registration fee will be billed to your account annually.

Tuition

We offer 2 different types of tuition autopay and non-autopay. Non-autopay tuition is due between the 1st and 10th of each month and can be paid via cash, check or credit card. With our autopay tuition you will receive a $6.00 discount off the of tuition.  Autopay tuition is automatically withdrawn from your account on the 1st of the month. Please note you will be responsible for a $10.00 late fee per child if tuition is not received by the 10th.

Withdrawal or Time Off

Since Olympia offers a year round program, we require a 2 week (14 days) notice if you intend to withdraw a student from classes. You must call or stop by the office to request your drop notice. A drop form must be filled out and returned. You may change classes or re-enroll in classes at anytime based upon availability. 

Make Up Classes (Tokens)

If your child misses a class for any reason or a holiday closure falls on your child's class day, you will receive a make up token in your account. Make up token are to be used by reservation only & must be completed while the student is enrolled in the program. Make up token expire 1 year from the date of the missed class. Once a make up token is scheduled it may not be rescheduled or transfered. Should you miss a scheduled make up class, you will not receive another make up token. Make up tokens CANNOT be used towards tuition or any special events.

Holiday Closure

The gym is closed for New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Full tuition is due each month and is not prorated based on classes missed or holidays.
